I think it can be saved. Body is in good condition, engine bay oily and I am told it needs a transmission. I don't know much about these cars, I am an SVO Owner, but am posting here because I don't want to see this car destroyed and after the showing of Merkur's at the Carlisle show I was impressed with the cars loyal fans. I now have digital pictures to anyone who would like to see it. Please let me know soon. This really is a nice car, very straight, worth saving as driver. I asked them to hold the car for me for a few days, it was already headed to the crusher when I found it. Well have a great day.. Happy Turboing Linc Linc@QuickLinc.com

I have forwarded your original message to our international group, IMON, which was also the organizer of the impressive showing at Carlisle. I'm glad you noticed and are helping brethren save the few that remain. If you forward direct contact info to me, or the pictures, I can put them on my web site.
